Delivery and shipping costs

Dear customer,

because of co-operation with specialised distribution partners for bulky goods we are able to deliver the products you purchased within a very short time in a professional, flexible and reliable manner. Even extra length mouldings and handrails do not cause our partners any problems.

Depending on selected payment mode, delivery is generally made within two to three business days, to your delivery address. In case the ordered quantity of an item is not in stock for immediate delivery, we will advise you immediately of the new delivery date.

Please ask the shipping cost to your delivery address before you place your order.

We would ask you to note obvious defects/transport damage in writing on the delivery slip and advise us immediately. As the vendor we must submit a claim to our forwarding agent within 7 days after delivery made to the customer, pursuant to ADSp.
